What we do

Reps who work your account and nobody else's.

Full-time outsourced sales development, qualification and appointment setting, with activity you can audit yourself.

The usual arrangement is that a rep is shared across six accounts and all six are told they are the priority. You find out which one actually was when you compare dial counts at the end of the quarter.

Our reps are assigned to one client. Call logs are timestamped and readable, so how much work went into your account is something you can check rather than something you take on trust.

One team, one client

Your reps are not splitting the day across other accounts. If you want to know how many dials went out on Tuesday, the number is a number and not an allocation.

Domestic and international

Depending on who you are calling and which market you are selling into. We will tell you which we think fits and why, including when the cheaper option is the wrong one.

Qualification, not just dialling

A sales qualified lead here means a rep had a real conversation and the prospect came out of it qualified against criteria you set. Not a form fill, and not somebody who picked up.

Appointment setting

Held on your calendar, with the context from the call attached so whoever takes it is not starting cold.

Readable call logs

Timestamped, with outcomes recorded against the contact, in the CRM you already use.

We will look at what you are running now.

The data you are buying, the campaigns going out, what your reps are doing and what the CRM says happened to all of it. You get the findings in writing and you keep them whether or not you work with us. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it. We would rather tell you your current setup is fine than sell you something on top of it.
