Verified contacts, the targeting work that decides who is worth contacting, and named account sets for account-based programmes.
Most lists are assembled by taking a company name, guessing who works there, and generating an address that looks plausible. That is cheap at scale and it is why so much purchased data bounces.
We work the other way around. A company only becomes a sellable record once there is a real person attached and a mailbox that answers. Everything that fails on the way through is dropped rather than downgraded, which is why our volumes are smaller than the ones you have been quoted elsewhere.
An owner, an operations lead, a controller. We do not sell info@ addresses and we do not attach a job title to a switchboard number.
We work out which companies are worth contacting before building anything. Size band, shape of business, and who in it can actually sign. Getting this wrong is the most common reason a campaign underperforms while the data itself is technically accurate.
If you are running account-based programmes we build the account set and map the buying committee inside it, so your campaigns and your reps are working the same list.
If we cannot confirm a phone number, the cell is empty. Nothing is filled in by a model to make the export look complete. That is rule 03 and it does not move.
We have sourced insurance, manufacturing, cybersecurity, BPO, ERP and software, and SEO and marketing services, plus telecom and UCaaS in earlier work.
Contact data goes stale at a predictable rate. What that rate looks like and how often we recheck.
Read the guideMost bad lists are not inaccurate, they are aimed at the wrong size of company.
Read the guideThe data you are buying, the campaigns going out, what your reps are doing and what the CRM says happened to all of it. You get the findings in writing and you keep them whether or not you work with us. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it. We would rather tell you your current setup is fine than sell you something on top of it.
