Questions we get asked

Mostly from people who have paid for this before.

If the answer to one of these matters to your decision, it is worth asking us to prove it on a sample.

Why are your numbers lower than my last vendor's?

Because theirs counted opens and raw clicks. Ours count people. If you put the two reports side by side, the gap you are looking at is mostly scanners. This is the most common question we get and it is usually the last one.

Can I see the data before I pay for it?

Yes. We send a sample from the current book in your vertical. Run it through whatever checker you trust. We would rather you test it than take our word for the accuracy.

Do I have to buy the whole thing?

No. Plenty of clients take data only and run their own outbound. Others use us for the reps or the pipeline work and never touch the data side. Start with the audit and take whichever part is actually missing.

What is the difference between an MQL and an SQL here?

An MQL engaged with your content in a way a person had to do deliberately. An SQL had a real conversation with one of our reps and came out of it qualified. They are priced differently because they cost us different amounts of work.

What happens when a record is wrong?

We replace it. If a whole batch is off, we tell you before you find it and we do not bill for it. Some percentage will always be wrong, and a vendor who says otherwise is either new or lying.

Do your reps work other accounts at the same time?

No. A rep team belongs to one client. If you want to know how many dials went out on your account on Tuesday, that is a number rather than an allocation.

How long before there is pipeline?

Data lands in days. Campaigns take a few weeks before the reply volume means anything, because sending capacity has to be built up slowly. Anyone promising meetings in week one is either using old lists or lying about the timeline.

Will you send from my domain?

No, and there is no version of the contract where that changes. Cold sending damages whichever domain does it. We buy and manage sending domains so that cost is ours.

We will look at what you are running now.

The data you are buying, the campaigns going out, what your reps are doing and what the CRM says happened to all of it. You get the findings in writing and you keep them whether or not you work with us. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it. We would rather tell you your current setup is fine than sell you something on top of it.
